Amal, a passionate French teacher at a high school in Brussels, is determined to inspire her students. She strives to immerse them in literature, encourage them to speak up, and teach them to accept one another. However, her approach doesn't sit well with everyone. Some students and colleagues with ties to Islamic extremism see her as a threat and fiercely oppose her ideas.
